Hi, I’m Holly, a midwife with over 10 years of experience, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Baby Massage Therapist, and most importantly, a mum of three. My breastfeeding journey began with twins and continued with my singleton, teaching me firsthand that no two feeding journeys are the same.
I know breastfeeding can feel overwhelming, especially when advice is conflicting or support is lacking. That’s why I’m here: to help you breastfeed for as long as you want, in a way that works for your family. Whether you’re feeding directly, expressing, using a supply line, or supplementing with formula, there’s no “right” way, just your way.
In my sessions, you’ll learn how breastfeeding works, how to read your baby’s cues, and how to tackle common challenges. This isn’t about rigid rules or cookie-cutter plans; it’s about equipping you with practical, evidence-based information so you can feel confident in your choices.
Breastfeeding doesn’t have to be perfect ... it’s meant to be flexible and rewarding. Whether you’re still pregnant, navigating those early weeks, or rethinking your approach, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to make breastfeeding work for you.
Real World Experiences
As a mother of three (including twins) I know how unpredictable and challenging breastfeeding can be. My lived experience, combined with over a decade of professional expertise, allows me to provide realistic, evidence-based advice that resonates with new parents. I’m here to guide you through the ups and downs with understanding and encouragement.
Accessibility & Practicality
Breastfeeding support should be there when you need it. That’s why I offer flexible options like same-day callbacks for immediate advice, in-home visits for hands-on care, and telehealth consults for those out of the area. My goal is to make breastfeeding guidance simple, accessible, and easy to integrate into your daily life.
Personalised Care
I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to breastfeeding. Every family’s journey is unique, and I’m here to empower you to create a feeding plan that works for your body, your baby, and your lifestyle. Whether that’s exclusively breastfeeding, combination feeding, or incorporating formula. My focus is on removing guilt, shame, and fear so you feel confident in your choices.
A lactation consult gives you the personalised guidance, practical tools, and confidence you need to make feeding your baby work for you and your family.
